“Have you seen the latest James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge novel?  Tick Tock? You’re in it!”

“…me?  How in the world…?”

“No, not you: Your coffee!  Green Mountain’s French Vanilla, actually.”

“Seriously?  Really? HOW COOL IS THAT?”

Very cool, in my estimation.  After this brief (but energetic) conversation, many of you sent us comments about French Vanilla’s first literary sighting, too!  For those who have yet to be swept away by this book, Tick Tock is the latest in the series about Michael Bennett, New York City police detective, widower, and father of 10.  This book calls upon Detective Bennett to solve a string of murderous crimes in the city before it’s too late.  Gulp!  Thankfully, he has our French Vanilla by his side – at least on page 79, that is:

“...No wonder I was thinking about my teen years, I thought, finishing the dregs of my Green Mountain French Vanilla. After last night, I certainly felt like I was seventeen all over again.” Tick Tock, pg 79.

It looks like French Vanilla’s hit the bookshelves with gusto.  With the essence of exotic vanilla in a sweet, round, and creamy body, Detective Bennett should have this mystery solved in no time …we hope!
